Relation between information and action,

What is real and what is not?
Everything look the same, sound the same.
If you act on real world base on the information that is not real, result are impossible to proceed.
But information is incapable of harm on itself, ideas are neither good nor bad, but useful what we do with it.
Only actions can cause harm.
